Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:

- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for social media and internal communications.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. This includes creative materials such as infographics, social media graphics, campaign creatives, presentations, and animations.
- Generating fresh concepts and mood boards for impactful social media campaigns
- Visualising cutting the client social media campaigns
- Liaising with the social media and internal communications teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Research current industry trends and best practices in visual design
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Proven ability to design materials that align with clients' goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency with Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop) and MS Office Suite software are also required.
- Being responsible for generating creative design ideas and developing visual communication concepts, therefore he/she must have strong, high-impact visualization skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas into visually compelling presentations.
