**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and services at competitive rates.
- Monitor project expenditure against the budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing potential cost overruns.
- Ensure that materials and workmanship meet specified standards and project requirements.
- Assist with final account settlements and project closeout procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
