**Job Description: Driver for the CEO**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Transport**: Safely and efficiently drive the CEO to and from a variety of destinations, including corporate meetings, appointments, special events, and personal engagements, ensuring timely arrival.
- **Vehicle Operations**: Use company vehicles to complete pickups, deliveries, and other transportation-related tasks as required.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Conduct regular checks on vehicle systems, including oil, tires, and general condition, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- **Document and Parcel Delivery**: Ensure timely and secure delivery of important documents, packages, and correspondence to clients or business partners.
- **Office Errands**: Manage tasks such as picking up office supplies, packages, or other administrative needs when necessary.
- **Client Interaction**: Represent the company in a professional manner when picking up clients, partners, or other business associates.
- **Travel Planning & Scheduling**: Maintain an organized and efficient travel schedule, accommodating any changes or updates to the CEO’s itinerary.
- **Vehicle Readiness**: Ensure vehicle is always clean, fueled, and ready for immediate use, prioritizing safety and functionality.
- **Repairs & Servicing**: Arrange for vehicle repairs, regular servicing, and troubleshoot minor issues as needed to avoid disruptions.
- **Professionalism & Discretion**: Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions, representing a polished and courteous appearance.
- **Clear Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with the CEO, confirming daily schedules, providing real-time updates on travel plans, and adjusting as needed for last-minute changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience driving luxury vehicles, with a strong understanding of high-end car handling and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with the ceo.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to an ever-changing schedule.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- A polished, well-groomed appearance, reflecting the company’s professional image.
