1. Quality of Learning: _Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons that promote active learning and critical thinking skills. Use assessment data to track student progress and tailor instruction accordingly._
2. Conditions for Learning: _Establish positive relationships with students and parents to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment._
3. Developing Learning in and beyond the Classroom: _Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and personal growth. Celebrate student achievements and share examples of outstanding learning with colleagues._

- Qualified Teacher Status or Certification in respective country (with attestation and equivalency)
- MOE Approval
- Degree and relevant Post Graduate qualification in Arabic

- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
