Key Responsibilities
- **SEO Strategy Implementation**: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic search rankings.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines, ensuring proper use of keywords, meta descriptions, title tags, and other on-page elements.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search engine visibility. Monitor backlink profiles to ensure quality.
- **Technical SEO**: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website follows SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile friendliness, and proper indexing.
- **Content Optimization**: Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation and marketing strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry-standard tools to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Implement necessary changes to maintain and improve search rankings.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and web development, to ensure cohesive and effective SEO strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Content Knowledge**: Understanding of content marketing principles and how SEO integrates with overall content strategy.
- **Technical SEO Knowledge**: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages as they relate to SEO.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.
