**Job Summary**:
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services and treatments to our valued guests, ensuring their relaxation and well-being during their spa experience. You will offer a range of therapeutic techniques, incorporating your knowledge of various massage, skincare, and bodywork modalities. Your warm demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail will create an inviting and rejuvenating environment, leaving guests feeling refreshed and revitalized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other body treatments, as per the spa's menu and standards.
- Evaluate guests' individual needs and preferences to recommend suitable treatments and ensure personalized experiences.
- Create a serene and welcoming atmosphere in the spa, maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of spa products and therapies, making appropriate recommendations to guests for at-home care.
- Educate guests on the benefits of spa treatments, promoting the importance of self-care and overall wellness.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, following proper sanitation procedures and hygiene practices.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and advancements in spa therapies to enhance knowledge and skills continuously.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, treatments provided, and product inventory.
- Collaborate effectively with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a harmonious work environment.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop expertise and stay updated on new techniques and treatments.
- Uphold the spa's brand standards and values, contributing to a positive and consistent guest experience.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events to attract new clientele and retain existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a reputable spa or wellness center.
- Certification or license in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficient in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy) and skincare treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of different spa therapies.
- Strong sales and upselling abilities to promote additional services and retail products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business demands.
- Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Demonstrated passion for health, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform spa treatments effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining a peaceful and relaxing ambiance within the spa environment.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Therapy: 3 years (required)

- Overnight Shift (required)
- Day Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
