Documentation of business transactions and processing them in accounting systems (WMS) of all segments.
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation statement.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivables & Payables and updating the system in a timely manner.
- Maintain all types of bookkeeping, petty cash, and verify monthly revenue, cost invoices, booking in the system.
- Prepare & report daily/weekly reports such as Cash Flow Statements, Bank Reconciliations.
- Preparation of management reports (P&L, Balance sheet).
- Preparation of calculation and payment of salaries.
- Keep accurate financial records, including bank payment initiates, inward and outward transactions and accurate bank and book balances.
- Preparation of financial reports such as financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Full accounting and tax accounting of the company in accordance with UAE legislation.
- Preparation and submission of all types of regulatory reports in accordance with UAE legislation.

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
