Trampoline Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement fun, engaging, and challenging trampoline training sessions for participants at various skill levels.
- Teach and demonstrate trampoline techniques, including proper form, safety practices, and advanced skills.
- Supervise, monitor, and correct participants during sessions to ensure safe practice.
- Create individualized training plans to help participants progress and achieve their goals.
- Conduct warm-up and cool-down exercises to prevent injuries.
- Inspect and maintain all trampoline equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide encouragement, feedback, and motivation to all participants.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and respond appropriately to any accidents or injuries.
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and facility management on participant progress and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Trampoline Coach or similar role.
- Certification in trampoline coaching, gymnastics, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to manage risk effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with participants of all ages.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated to helping participants learn and succeed.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an asset.

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
