We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our clients team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being through targeted stretching techniques and therapeutic interventions. This position requires expertise in physiotherapy principles, strong communication skills, and a passion for promoting optimal physical health.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical health, including range of motion, flexibility, strength, and any specific areas of concern. Utilize clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- **Stretching Sessions**: Lead one-on-one stretching sessions with clients using a variety of stretching techniques, manual therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques. Monitor clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide guidance on proper stretching techniques to maximize effectiveness and safety.
- **Rehabilitation Programs**: Design and implement rehabilitation programs for clients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to promote tissue healing, restore function, and reduce pain and inflammation.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients about the importance of regular stretching, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies. Provide guidance on home exercises and self-care techniques to empower clients to take an active role in their recovery and maintenance of physical health.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other members of the studio team, including receptionists, trainers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients. Communicate effectively with clients' healthcare providers as needed to facilitate continuity of care.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information in accordance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- **Continuing Education**: Stay current with advances in physiotherapy research, techniques, and best practices through ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and conferences. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of care provided at the studio.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist in the jurisdiction of practice.
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, client-centered care with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules.
