**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Remove dirt, debris, and other contaminants from solar panels using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Inspect solar panels for signs of damage, wear, or malfunction, and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights and handling cleaning equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the solar maintenance team to schedule cleaning activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that may require lifting and bending.
- Prior experience in solar panel cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
