Are you passionate about renewable energy and maintaining a clean environment? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Solar Team as Cleaners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and efficiency of our solar energy systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Remove dirt, debris, and other contaminants from solar panels using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Inspect solar panels for signs of damage, wear, or malfunction, and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights and handling cleaning equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the solar maintenance team to schedule cleaning activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that may require lifting and bending.
- Prior experience in solar panel cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
