- Handle basic tools and equipment efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of tools and materials.
- Support the team in lifting, carrying, and positioning materials as needed.
- Comply with safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a civil construction environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction materials.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and under varying weather conditions.
