**Essential Job Duties**:

- Oversee and manage the leadership programs (Graduate studies and executive education) and related courses of the college.
- Develop and deliver train the trainer programs for faculty members involved in the leadership programs of the college.
- Develop and deliver courses related to leadership courses/programs embedding intensive practical/applied content.
- Emphasize a student-centered learning environment through active engagement.
- Leads applied research and consultancy projects - Participate in leadership research with practical value and relevance - lead the project on the development of an Emirati leadership model
- Establish Relationships: Creatively use available tools and strategies to enhance relationships, create a community of learners willing to take risks and actively engage with one another
- Critical Thinking: Consistently foster critical thinking through challenging students to elaborate on their thoughts, question their assumptions, examine biases, communicate in a clear and concise manner, and defend their positions throughout the course. This requires constant mentoring and coaching of students and delegates to enhance their self-insight
- Instructive Feedback to Students: Provide instructive feedback that challenges and inspires students while providing specific suggestions to improve the quality of their work and thinking.
- High Expectations: Effectively demonstrate high expectations, while holding students accountable for insightful exchanges and high-quality performance on assignments, and promote active engagement in their own learning.
- Other duties as per the college and university policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualification
Applicants must have an earned doctorate in the applicable field. The ability to teach undergraduate courses is a must. Industrial and professional experience is a must.

Preferred Qualification
- Doctoral degree in leadership or other related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in executive position / consultancy to enhance leadership skills of managers and leaders within organizations.
- Track records of developing and delivering leadership programs in corporate environment.
- Experience in teaching / training of senior executives and post-graduate students in the field of leadership and related fields.
- Preferred a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the business environment of the Middle East/GCC
