**Sales Coordinator**

The role of a Sales Coordinator is to provide crucial support to the sales team by managing various administrative and operational tasks. Sales Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. They streamline sales processes, enabling Sales Executives to focus on building client relationships and achieving sales targets. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are key attributes for success in this role.
- **Order Verification**: Verify and process sales orders accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Order Tracking**: Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep organized records of sales transactions, contracts, and agreements.
- **Documentation Support**: Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including invoices and purchase orders.
- **Internal Communication**: Facilitate communication between sales team members, as well as with other departments such as marketing, finance.
- **External Communication**: Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- **Sales Material Preparation**: Assist in the creation and preparation of sales materials (samples), presentations, and proposals.
- **Product Information**: Provide product information and details to clients as needed.
- **Meeting Scheduling**: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings for the sales team.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
- **Stock Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- **Coordinate with Warehouse**: Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.
- **Data Accuracy**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of sales-related data into CRM systems or databases.
- **Report Generation**: Generate reports on sales activities, performance, and trends as required.
- **Query Resolution**: Assist in resolving customer queries and issues, coordinating with relevant departments.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the sales team for improvement.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assist Sales Manager and Sales Executives with travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
- **Expense Management**: Support in managing and processing sales-related expenses.
- **New Hire Support**: Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members.
- **Training Coordination**: Coordinate training sessions for the sales team.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to the sales team.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends and developments.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2 or more years experience in sales.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordination: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
