**WALK-IN INTERVIEW**

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecom Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling telecom products and services to businesses and individual customers. You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers to showcase telecom products and services.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and customer service, to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in telecom sales, preferably in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of telecom products and services, such as voice, data, and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
