**Job Title: Tele caller - Real Estate**

**Responsibilities**:*

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate clients to promote properties and services.

2. Engage with leads, providing information on available properties, pricing, and amenities.

3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market trends and offerings.

4. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and preferences.

5. Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit properties or meet with real estate agents.

6. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and address any queries they may have.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success.

8. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

9. Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and competitive offerings.

10. Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer insights to enhance lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:*

1. Proven experience as a tele caller, preferably in the real estate sector.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Knowledge of real estate industry trends, terminology, and legal regulations.

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

7. High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.

8. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

9. Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and client preferences.

10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education**:*

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or coursework in real estate will be a plus.

**Working Conditions**:*

The role may involve working in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs.
