Responsibilities:
**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to construction workers and subcontractors based on project requirements and priorities.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and adjust schedules or resources as needed to maintain project efficiency.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of workmanship, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and address any defects, deviations, or non-compliance issues promptly to maintain quality and safety on-site.
- Implement corrective actions and follow-up measures to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

**Safety Management**:

- Enforce safety regulations, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote awareness of safety practices and hazards.
- Investigate and report any accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

**Resource Management**:

- Manage and coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and resources to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Maintain inventory records, track material deliveries, and reorder supplies as needed to support construction activities.
- Supervise the use of construction equipment and machinery to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

**Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between on-site personnel, project stakeholders, and management.
- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Address any concerns, issues, or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a construction site supervisor or foreman.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and standards in the construction industry.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ruwais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- UAE: 4 years (required)
