**Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.**

**Salary: AED 10,000 - AED 15,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all surveying activities within the company.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the surveying team.
- Conduct surveys and prepare accurate survey reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate surveying activities with ongoing projects.
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- Train and mentor junior surveyors.
- Review and approve surveying plans and documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology.
- Handle any other duties or projects assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in surveying, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid professional license or certification (if applicable).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
