**Delivery Duties**:

- Pick up items from the designated location and ensure they are securely packed for transportation.
- Deliver goods, parcels, food orders, or documents to customers or clients in a timely manner.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently to ensure all deliveries are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers or clients during deliveries.
- **Navigation**:

- Navigate through city streets and neighborhoods using maps, GPS, or other navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries.
- Familiarize oneself with delivery locations to optimize routes and minimize delivery time.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while riding the bike on roads and streets.
- Maintain the bike in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Wear appropriate safety gear, such as a helmet and reflective clothing, to ensure personal safety during deliveries, especially during night shifts.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers upon delivery and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Handle cash transactions or process payments using electronic payment devices, if required.
- Collect feedback from customers and report any recurring issues or customer preferences to the supervisor.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers or supervisors to provide updates on delivery status, delays, or any other relevant information.
- Coordinate with colleagues or team members to optimize delivery schedules and share workload during peak hours or busy periods.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, recipient signatures (if applicable), and any delivery-related expenses.
- Submit delivery reports or logs to the supervisor on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license for riding a bike (if applicable in the jurisdiction).
- Proficient bike riding skills and ability to ride safely in various weather conditions and traffic situations.
- Good physical stamina and fitness level to endure long hours of riding.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability to ensure timely deliveries.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of navigation tools and familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods.

**Optional**:

- Previous experience in delivery or courier services.
- Knowledge of local traffic patterns and shortcuts.
- Multilingual skills (depending on the demographic diversity of the area served).
- Ability to handle basic bike repairs or maintenance tasks.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
