Timekeeper / Storekeeper

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Monitor and manage the attendance of employees and manpower suppliers.
- Reviews timesheets, workcharts, timecards etc.
- Computes total time worked by employees and routes timesheet to payroll/accounts department.
- May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance.
- Manage allocation of manpower as directed by Project Manager.
- Provide administrative support to Management and internal departments such as Accounts, HR, Purchasing etc.
- Preparing documents and reports as required.
- Responsible for managing the timely receiving of material/items at stores/stock yard, ensures proper storage, issuing and delivery system at construction site along with maintaining inventory.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years experience in similar role
- Must have main contracting company experience
- Must have UAE experience
- Can join immediately
