**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the organization, tracking, and inventory control of all musical instruments, accessories, and equipment within the warehouse. Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of musical instruments and accessories according to customer orders. Ensure that each shipment is accurate, complete, and properly packaged for safe delivery.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout that optimizes storage space, improves workflow, and ensures the safe handling of delicate musical instruments and equipment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality and condition before they are shipped out. Ensure that any damaged or faulty products are identified, reported, and handled according to company policy.
- **Shipping and Receiving**: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying order contents, ensuring proper documentation, and working with shipping carriers to track and schedule deliveries.
- **Team Coordination**: Supervise and collaborate with warehouse staff, providing guidance and training on best practices for handling musical instruments and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce and adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, ensuring that instruments and other equipment are handled properly to avoid damage and that safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, shipments, and any discrepancies. Provide regular reports to management on inventory status, order fulfillment progress, and warehouse operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory management (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with musical instruments and equipment is highly desirable (though not required).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control, ensuring that every product is handled with care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service both internally and externally.
- Musical instrument background is highly preferred.
- Immediate joiner.
