Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Nutritional Guidance: Provide expert nutritional advice and create personalized meal plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.

Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their health and dietary preferences, and offer solutions from Karma 8's meal plan offerings.

Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell Karma 8’s meal plan services, contributing to business growth by meeting sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Nutritional Workshops & Presentations: Conduct workshops, webinars, and presentations to educate clients and potential customers on the importance of nutrition and a balanced diet.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Karma 8's menu offerings, ingredients, and health benefits to better serve and advise clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and marketing teams to ensure meal plans meet both client expectations and nutritional standards.

Follow-Up: Regularly check in with clients to monitor progress and adjust meal plans as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

Proven experience in a dietitian role, preferably with a sales component.

Strong knowledge of nutritional practices and guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous sales experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.

Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.

Self-motivated with a client-centric approach.
