As a Khaleeji Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Khaleeji cuisine for the royal family and their guests. Your role will play a vital part in delivering the highest level of culinary excellence and ensuring the satisfaction of the esteemed guests. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Khaleeji cuisine, who possesses exceptional cooking skills and a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Khaleeji dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts
- Create customized menus based on the preferences and dietary requirements of the royal family and guests
- Source and select the freshest and highest quality ingredients for each dish
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Khaleeji Cook or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality establishment
- Extensive knowledge of Khaleeji cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- Passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

**Benefits**:
AED 3300 - 4000 basic salary plus free accommodation, free food, free toiletries plus all other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
