As a Customer Service Representative at Al Mandeena Karim Superstore, you will be an integral part of the customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Assistance: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance, and answering questions about products, services, promotions, and store policies. Offer product recommendations and guide customers to the appropriate store sections.
- Complaint Resolution: Listen attentively to customer complaints or concerns and provide prompt and appropriate solutions. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to ensure their timely resolution, involving supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
- Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, verifying product availability, and coordinating delivery or pickup arrangements. Accurately enter and process customer orders through the POS system or designated software.
- Loyalty Program Management: Educate customers about the store's loyalty program, its benefits, and enrollment process. Assist customers with registration, point redemption, and addressing program-related inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the store's product range, features, and benefits. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and relevant information to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to customers.
- Return and Exchange Processing: Process customer returns and exchanges, adhering to established store policies. Verify product condition, issue refunds, or facilitate product exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction while following proper procedures.
- Cashier Support: Provide support to cashiers during peak hours or as needed, including processing transactions, handling cash, and addressing customer inquiries at the checkout counters.
- Feedback Documentation: Document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to assist in identifying trends, areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. Share relevant feedback with the management team for review and action.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Patience and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with POS systems, customer service software, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
