Hatchery Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Hatchery Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our hatchery operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hatchery, ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of all processes.
- Supervise and lead hatchery staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor and maintain optimal conditions for egg incubation and chick hatching.
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity measures and industry regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records related to hatchery production activities.
- Collaborate with the hatchery manager to implement and improve production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of supplies, including eggs and chicks.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of hatchery production processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hatchery operations or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the poultry industry.
- Strong understanding of hatchery processes, incubation, and chick handling.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Poultry Hatchery Management or equivalent.
- Familiarity with automated incubation and hatchery equipment.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
