As a Photographer & Graphic Designer in the E-commerce second-hand footwear industry, you will be instrumental in creating captivating visual content that showcases our inventory of pre-owned shoes and drives engagement with our online platform. This role requires a combination of photography skills to capture high-quality product images and graphic design expertise to develop compelling marketing materials tailored to our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute product photography sessions to capture high-quality images of pre-owned footwear, showcasing details, condition, and unique features.
- Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and color accuracy across all product images, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to efficiently manage and photograph incoming footwear, maintaining an updated catalog of available products.
- Retouch and edit product photos as needed to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency in style and presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content for online advertising, including dynamic display ads, video content, and interactive social media posts.
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality and consistency in all photography and graphic design work, ensuring that images and graphics accurately represent our products and brand.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in photography, graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a photographer and graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in product photography, photo editing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in photography equipment and techniques, as well as photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
- Creative flair and artistic vision, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
