**About the role**:
You will play a key role in the operations of our office in Dubai. This role will serve as public relations for our entity in the UAE, ensuring smooth management of our business registration, efficient visa processing and supporting our employees with day-to-day operations.

This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of local regulations to facilitate business operations and compliance.

Act as the main liaison between the company and various government departments and agencies and ensure compliance with all DMCC legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements, including:

- Trade License
- Establishment Card
- Office Lease
- Office Insurances
- Attestations

**Office Management**
- Facilitate the payments process through vendor registration and Purchase order raising
- Provide regular updates and advice to management on changes in regulations that affect the company’s operations and workforce.
- Various Office support
- Maintenance contract
- Renovation projects
- Building access and parking cards

**Employee Support**
- Maintain accurate record of employee files
- Manage employee payments and submit payroll report
- Collaborate with our Shared services team to efficiently manage employee master data and updates

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience working in public relations in Dubai, UAE, preferred DMCC
- Sound knowledge of government services and procedures Tasheel, Amer, DED, Labor law, Immigration procedures, etc
- Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to clearly communicate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience using ERP system (ideally Success Factors).
- Experience using Coupa and raising purchase order
- Computer literate with skills using Microsoft office.
