POSITION
The Salon Prive Manager is a **Pillar** of the store's VIP customer relationship management. An expert in sales and high-end client relations, contributing strongly to achieving the store's sales target.
**Reporting to**: Boutique Director
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Strives to recruit and retain Top Clients by offering them a unique client experience and developing their loyalty to the House.
- Representing the Salon Prive Maison (Ambassador and Host).
- Engage the boutique VIP Managers team driving their clients to Salon Privee and offered Uber luxury categories.
- Develop new talents with Uber's luxury mindset and culture.
- Contribute & participate in the Salon Prive full-year client engagement plan in coordination with the Boutique Director.
- Build a strong relationship with all Elite, super Elite Clients.
- Recruit and upgrade Uber luxury clients.
- Create an exceptional client experience by delivering the ultimate service and Uber luxury know-how to our clients.
- Daily one-to-one clients planning for Salon Privee (Calendar of Appointments).
- Develop VIP Client Managers Team on Uber Luxury.
- Responsible for all Salon Prive in-store events.
- Attending all appointments with Elite Clients for Haute Couture.
PROFILE
**Key Skills Required**:
- 5yrs and above of experience in luxury retail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
- Energetic, sincere and adaptable.
- Charismatic and strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of Top Clients’ relation management.
- Passionate about building and managing a high-performing team.
- Expertise in high-end and international sales of luxury goods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Events planning and key activities of the Salon with a set ROI objective.
