**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end paid advertising strategies.
- Create, manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that will drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, and make necessary adjustments.
- Implement and recommend ways to optimize the ads and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively and monitor spending.
- Conduct thorough market research and an understanding of our clients' unique needs.
- Carry out competitor analysis.
- Maintain communication with management and clients to provide updates on campaign performance and make strategic recommendations.
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices to stay ahead.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support directly to clients, addressing any concerns.
- Give clients detailed reports on the performance of their Ads campaign, and guidance.
- Collaborate and liaise with colleagues to ensure a high quality of customer service.

Qualifications:

- (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
- (required) Proven experience as a paid ads specialist.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- In depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, features, trends and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software and tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to establish marketing strategies based on industry trends and developments.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and data analysis, with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and ability to integrate into a team.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and work demands.
