About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a wide range of ENT disorders.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform ENT surgeries, including mínimally invasive procedures, with precision and expertise.
- Patient Management: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, provide preoperative and postoperative care, and monitor patient progress.
- Consultation: Offer expert consultations to patients and other healthcare professionals regarding ENT conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
- Education and Training: Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and contribute to ongoing education within the department.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Specialization: Postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology.
- Licensing: Valid license to practice as a Specialist Otolaryngologist - MOH
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in otolaryngology, with a strong track record of clinical and surgical expertise.
- Skills: Proficiency in ENT diagnostic and treatment procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
