1. Sorting and loading laundry: Separating garments based on color, fabric, and type, and loading them into washing machines or dry-cleaning equipment.

2. Operating laundry equipment: Selecting appropriate cycle settings and ensuring proper detergent or cleaning agents are used to clean clothes effectively. Monitoring the machines for any malfunctions or issues.

3. Stain removal: Identifying and treating stains on garments before washing to improve the overall cleaning results.

4. Drying and ironing: Transferring wet clothes to dryers and ensuring they are dried properly. Additionally, ironing and steaming garments as necessary to remove wrinkles and creases.

5. Folding and packaging: Folding and packaging cleaned clothes and têxtiles neatly to maintain their appearance and facilitate easy retrieval by customers.

6. Customer service: Assisting customers with drop-offs, pickups, and inquiries regarding laundry services. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints.

7. Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the laundry area and equipment clean and organized. Regularly emptying lint traps, cleaning filters, and sanitizing machines to ensure proper hygiene and prevent malfunctions.

8. Sorting and delivering: Sorting laundered items by order or customer, ensuring accurate delivery to the designated location within the establishment or to customers' residences.

9. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a smooth operational flow.

10. Adhering to safety protocols: Following safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning agents and chemicals.

11. Inventory management: Keeping track of laundry supplies such as detergents, softeners, and other cleaning agents, and promptly notifying supervisors when supplies need replenishment. Overall, a washer man must have good attention to detail, physical stamina, and time management

skills to efficiently handle laundry tasks and deliver high-quality service.
