**School bus attendant responsiblilities**
- Maintaining discipline on the bus.
- Ensuring that students remain seated while the bus is moving, with seat belts fastened.
- Ensuring that each student exits the bus at their assigned stop.
- Each student exiting safely.
- Ensuring the Students who are eleven years old or younger returning home are received by a guardian.in case the guardian is not available, inform the school that the student is being returned to school after remaining students are dropped off.
- Having students of close age ranges sitting close to each other.
- Having male and female students, twelve years old or above, sitting separately.
- Ensuring the doorways, aisles and emergency exits are clear of any obstruction during the journey.
- Assisting student with crossing the streets.
- Assisting in evacuating the bus in case of emergency.
- Refraining from the eating, drinking and using the telephone while students are still on the bus.
- Participate in educating students about traffic safety and how to use the bus and organize any entertainment program on the bus.
- Participate in training students (especially those who stay till the end of the trip) on the importance of reporting in the event that any of their colleagues did not get down at their destination and still inside.
- Participate in Training students that in cases any of the student is forgotten on the bus that is locked by the driver, the students should go directly to the driver’s seat and honk the horn repeatedly to draw the attention.
- Ensuring that all students enrolled are on board before setting the bus on return journey from school to back home.
- Supervise to make sure that all students follow the rules to get in and get out of the bus.
- Ensure no student is to be seated in the center seat of the rear row.

**Salary**: Up to AED1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- ITC CARD & TRAINING (required)
