Cyber Security Advisor and Strategy

The CISO is responsible for the overall security of the organization's information assets. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security risks, and overseeing the security of the organization's IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Manage security risks
- Oversee the security of the organization's IT infrastructure
- Conduct security audits and reviews
- Respond to security incidents
- Provide security training and awareness to employees
- Advise the organization on security matters

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in cyber security
- CISSP or other relevant certification
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
