Job Title: ICT Manager ,Managing SAP Projects

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Build and lead a high-performing SAP team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

SAP Implementation and Maintenance:
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP modules to meet business requirements.

Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of SAP systems through regular maintenance and upgrades.

Collaborate with SAP vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.

Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and assess the performance of external partners.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP landscape.

Stay abreast of industry trends and SAP updates, providing recommendations for system enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in SAP management, with a focus on SAP or other relevant modules from PEB /Hot Steel /Manufacturing industry in UAE
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, configuration, and integration.

**Salary**: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
