Electrical Draftsman

The main responsibilities would include:

- Prepare ELV drawings (Electrical, Telephone, Fire Alarm &emergency light, CCTV public address, & data, BMS,DB load schedule and load schedule )
- Prepare drawings as per the local authorities (EWE, Etisalat, Civil Défense) standard and codes.
- Prepare the as-built drawing as per the marking drawings from the site team.
- Coordinate with the other MEP services and ensure smooth integration.
- Creates 3D BIM Models for different MEP disciplines using Revit
- Expert in the use of the latest editions of AutoCAD and REVIT Structures software.
- Capable of creating BIM families and do clash detection using Navisworks and resolve all clashes
- Coordinate all MEP Revit models (mechanical, plumping and electrical)
- Able to work using BIM process and 3D modelling.
- Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model challenge

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
