**Job Description**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Estimator to join our team. As an Insurance Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing and determining the financial impact of insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include reviewing damage reports, inspecting properties or vehicles, and collaborating with various stakeholders to gather necessary information.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate insurance claims and determine the extent of coverage.

2. Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties or vehicles to assess the scope of repairs or replacements required.

3. Analyze data, including repair estimates, to calculate accurate insurance settlements.

4. Collaborate with claims adjusters, policyholders, and service providers to obtain necessary documentation and information.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to insurance estimating.

6. Prepare and present detailed reports outlining the assessment findings and recommended settlements.

7. Work closely with other departments to streamline communication and ensure a smooth claims process.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

2. Proven experience in insurance estimating or a related field.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and data analysis.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.

7. Knowledge of insurance policies and industry guidelines.
