**Pharmacy Helper**

We are looking to hire an efficient Pharmacy Helper to perform all clerical duties required for the efficient running of the pharmacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pharmacy, Store arrangement and filling as per FIFO system.
- Make optimum utilization of the store space and ensure medications and other pharmaceutical supplies are stored in safe and serviceable condition as per product storage guidelines
- Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries, reconcile with the purchase order, contracts and documents post verification update system records
- Maintain and update ERP for stock movements transactions while ensuring data accuracy at all times
- Conduct regular stock review to identify early signs of damage, stock leakage etc. and update Head of pharmacy for corrective action
- Conduct physical inventory count, participate in outlet cycle count and annual stock count
- Report any shortages in stock to the head of pharmacy.
- Co-operate with the pharmacy team in the process of re-filling of the outlet.
- Removing near expiry items from shelves and re-locate expired items in the expired shelves.
- Destruction for damaged or expired items after approval.
- Packing orders on special requests.
- Ensuring that work areas are organized and clean.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Should have experience of 1-2 years and above
- Must have prior experience working in pharmacy outlet
- Able to work in a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the pharmacy’s flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Should be able to listen to customers to fulfil their needs and issues offer information and advice
- Good communication skills
- Sales and customer service oriented

**Salary Package**:

- Salary of up to 3,500 AED per month based on experience
- Medical Insurance + Annual Tickets

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED3,501.00 per month
