**Your role**

We are searching for an Insurance Manager who will be responsible for managing Abu Dhabi Motors retail insurance business ; coordinating between our Sales Management and Insurance Companies, structuring agreements for Motor Vehicle and Motorbike Insurance, and managing the selling of these insurance policies face-to-face with our retail customers who have booked a car / motorbike. Further tasks will include mining our customer database for Motor Vehicle and Motorbike Insurance renewals.

To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.

To ensure success, Secretaries should be organized, have superb organizational skills and must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to Spare Parts team and management while working with confidential information.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Banking.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within insurance companies within UAE
- In-depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans for automotive
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong network within insurance companies that will establish relationship and drive business
