Job Purpose
Provides full administrative support to the Chief Legal and Business Officer and the other members of the legal department.
Key Accountabilities
- Type, draft and edit documents of a variety of materials from written or oral instruction, including correspondence, reports, charts, and other materials that may be technical or may include confidential information.
- Compose routine correspondence on own initiative, or from brief notes or oral instructions.
- Respond to questions regarding office policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring the appropriate distribution and release of information designated as confidential.
- Prepare reports where the information may be gathered from several sources or may be difficult to organize and compile; search records and provide factual data from information on file.
- Perform administrative detail, such as coordinating and scheduling activities related to assigned program responsibility; coordinate activities to ensure timely submission of documents or information that may be required of several staff personnel to complete a major project; and acts as liaison between departments and other agencies.
- Effectively receive visitors and calls for information requests.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Qualifications :Diploma in Administration / Business Management (Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage).
Experience :4 to 6 years of similar experience
Job-specific skills: MS - Office, coordination skills, communication skills (written and verbal).
Competencies : Analytical thinking, business understanding, conceptual thinking, teamwork and cooperation, working to deadlines, communication, general organization.
