As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring that they are cooked to perfection and meet our high standards of quality and taste. Your creativity and expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our menu offerings and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a wide range of grilled dishes, including meats, seafood, and vegetables - Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and meet quality standards - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items and specials - Maintain a clean and organized grill station, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean working environment - Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff, as needed - Monitor and manage food inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for efficient operation

- Charcoal Grill and Barbecue: 2 years (required)
