**Job Title: Security Guard (SIRA)**

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About Us**:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard (SIRA) to join our team at a well-respected private Islamic school in Dubai. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a safe and secure learning environment for our students and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, visitors, and school property.
- Monitor and control access to the school building and grounds, enforcing security protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols of the school premises, both inside and outside, to identify and address any potential security threats.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and accidents.
- Maintain a visible and reassuring presence to deter crime and maintain a sense of order.
- Operate security equipment like CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Prepare and maintain detailed security logs and reports.
- Assist with visitor registration and management.
- Enforce school rules and regulations regarding student conduct and access to restricted areas.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding of Islamic values in interactions with students, staff, and parents.
- Build positive relationships with the school community and contribute to a welcoming environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a security guard in Dubai, UAE, preferably in an educational setting.
- Must have SIRA license.
- Understanding of security procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to identify and respond to potential security threats.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina for performing security patrols throughout the day.
- A clean criminal record and valid UAE security guard license are mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Islamic principles and practices is a plus.
