Job description attached:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational problems in rotating equipment and implement effective repair solutions. Utilize diagnostic tools, such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and performance monitoring, to identify root causes of failures and optimize equipment performance

Analyze operating data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency, reliability, and lifespan of rotating equipment. Recommend and implement modifications, upgrades, or process adjustments to enhance equipment performance and reduce energy consumption

Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on best practices for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment. Share technical expertise and industry knowledge to develop the skills and competencies of team members

Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including inspection reports, work orders, and equipment histories. Generate performance reports, trend analyses, and recommendations for management review and decision-making

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and procedures during all maintenance and repair activities involving rotating equipment. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Extensive experience in the maintenance and operation of rotating equipment in industrial settings, such as refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, or manufacturing facilities

Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, turbines, compressors, and motors

Strong understanding of predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis

Familiarity with reliability engineering principles, such as FMEA, RCM, and RBI

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and condition monitoring software

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make data

driven decisions

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of rotating equipment maintenance and reliability

Qualification:
Diploma OR Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
