**Job Summary**:
**Disclaimer**:
This job posting is for the newly opening Global Healthcare Medical Center located in Emirates City, Ajman. Final MOH license approval for the facility is still pending but estimated to be completed and ready to start by June, therefore applicants should be considerate that the job and hence salary compensation will not be immediate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with doctors' schedules to ensure efficient clinic flow.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) with accurate and timely information.
- Handle medical billing processes, including verifying insurance coverage, processing payments, and generating invoices.
- Code and submit medical claims to insurance companies using appropriate coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies with insurance providers.
- Manage communication channels, including the medical center telephone line, WhatsApp messaging, and other social media platforms.
- Provide support to patients regarding insurance coverage, billing inquiries, and payment options.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical coding or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Proven experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and medical billing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front desk environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and billing records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
