**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and healthcare domain requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment, to facilitate effective project execution.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies, utilizing Agile or other suitable frameworks, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oracle Fusion Implementation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to design and configure Oracle Fusion solutions tailored to healthcare industry requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Foster strong working relationships with external vendors, consultants, and healthcare partners to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and successful project outcomes.
- Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders through status reports, presentations, and meetings, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

**Quality Assurance and Risk Management**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions that meet healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, devising contingency plans and escalating critical concerns to senior management when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with Oracle Fusion implementations in the healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

**Certifications in project management **(e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) and Oracle Fusion are highly desirable.
