**職位概述**

巡查酒店的所有區域；保護客房的安全；協助客人進入房間。開展應急回應演習、日常物質危害/安全檢查、調查、訪談和關鍵控制審計。監控閉路電視和報警系統。對進入安全區域進行授權、監督和記錄。在緊急情況下協助客人/員工。對事故做出回應，聯繫 EMS 或根據需要進行急救/心肺復蘇 (CPR)。收集資訊並完成報告。維護報告/文件的機密性；僅向經授權的個人披露資訊。根據公司政策和程序，消除干擾。解決安全隱患情況。處理所有干擾和投訴。護送不受歡迎的人員離開酒店。確保遵守酒類飲品管制法律。採用適當的代碼回應，請求協助。為員工提供適當的文書工作。協助管理層培訓、激勵和指導員工；樹立榜樣，並擔當公平對待之承諾/門戶開放政策流程的第一聯絡人。
