We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Financial Analyst** to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive our consumer lending business' growth and financial health.

You will play a key role in **budgeting, financial planning, and identifying opportunities for financial optimization and risk reduction.**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to **identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights to management.**:

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of **annual budgets** and periodic financial forecasts, analyzing variances and suggesting corrective actions as needed.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, perform cost-benefit analyses, and provide recommendations to support the company’s growth strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to **keep management informed of the company’s financial status**.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and financial standards, contributing to the maintenance of the company’s financial integrity.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek to improve financial analysis and reporting processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Qualifications**:_

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in the consumer lending or financial services sector.

Strong understanding of **financial statements, financial modeling techniques, and investment analysis.**

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

**Strong attention to detail and accuracy**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- **CPA, CFA**, or other relevant financial certification is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the consumer lending industry and its regulatory environment.
