UAE Labor Law Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of UAE labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure all HR activities are aligned with legal guidelines.
Record Keeping and Filing: Maintain meticulous records of employee information, contracts, benefits, and other relevant documentation. Ensure proper filing and organization of physical and digital records for easy accessibility and compliance.
Leave Tracking: Monitor and manage employee leave balances, ensuring accurate accrual and utilization. Regularly update leave records and communicate with employees and managers to ensure leave requests are processed effectively.
Documentation and Contracts: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and issuing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, conducting initial training, and ensuring new employees complete all necessary paperwork. Handle administrative tasks related to employee separations, including exit interviews and final settlements.
Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data in the HR information system (HRIS) and other relevant databases.
Employee Relations: Provide administrative support to resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Collaborate with HR managers to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Compliance: Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws and regulations, adapting HR practices and policies accordingly. Ensure all HR activities are compliant with both local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration, specifically within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
