Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, and generate new leads for civil defense works maintenance and projects. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders within the civil defense industry. Understand their requirements, provide product information, and deliver excellent customer service.

Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer tailored solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services. Address client queries, concerns, and objections effectively.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals, including project specifications, cost estimates, timelines, and terms and conditions, in collaboration with the internal teams.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team to enhance our services and maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting, meetings, proposals, and conversions. Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services to clients.

Professional Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and develop new business opportunities.

Targets and Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics as set by the company.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the civil defense works maintenance and projects domain or a related field.

Strong knowledge of civil defense works regulations, standards, and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, propose effective solutions, and close sales.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
