**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in Arabic language and literature.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback to foster a positive learning environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE Ministry of Education's guidelines and ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Organize and participate in school events, activities, and extracurricular activities related to Arabic language and culture.
- Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and the Arabic language curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language or Literature, with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong command of the Arabic language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Familiarity with the UAE Ministry of Education’s curriculum and standards.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students through innovative and interactive teaching strategies.
