**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly monitor the status and condition of all vehicles in the fleet.
- Track and manage vehicle registration expiry dates, ensuring timely renewals.
- Oversee vehicle branding details to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Implement and execute a daily routine check-up system for all fleet vehicles.
- Collaborate with drivers and maintenance teams to address immediate concerns.
- Develop and maintain a proactive maintenance schedule for all vehicles.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective repairs and servicing.
- Plan and schedule regular servicing for all vehicles to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Coordinate service appointments and liaise with service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to vehicle registrations, inspections, and certifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
