**_Job Information_**:

- Lead production teams to process a planned number of coconuts on a daily/ weekly/ monthly production plan._
- Ensure coconut processing is carried out as per the QMS, SOPs, Wis._
- Manage cost of production below the budgeted level._
- BE accountable for plant performance, production capacity, and on-time delivery._
- Establish a quality mindset among the factory floor employees._
- Ensure health and safety aspects of factory floor employees._
- Training of factory floor employees to achieve desired efficiency/ output levels._
- Implement systems and practices to ensure the maintenance of quality and hygienic standards of raw materials_
- provided by the suppliers._
- Maintenance of ISO and other requisite quality standards._

**_ Job Requirements_**:

- BSc. Degree in Mechanical/ Process/ Chemical Engineering with adequate exposure to PROCESSING, PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY of goods for export._
- « Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Plant Management including setting up of new production lines._
- _Good knowledge & understanding in Commercials, Environment, Quality, Statutory Compliance and safety standards of factory operations._
